I've been making protein pbjs following Remington James' recipe. It's just peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and a scoop of protein powder, and then make a pbj with it. Get big bread though. Eat it with a banana and a tall glass of milk and that's my 1000 cal bulking lunch.
Tuna salad or chicken salad sandwiches are always a good idea as well

I bring lunch and enough for 2 large snacks.

1st snack, protein shake, granola bar and banana
Lunch, usually something like chicken and rice, steak, pasta
    Second snack, pb&nutella

This gets me through bulking while working a 8-4

No, I can apod a bloomberg program to make it accessible from non-bloomberg terminal devices but I can't provide the login/service free.
Also our starboards are tracked by inventory so I could only send a damaged one but our inventory room has a camera outside.

I do. But meal prepped rice and chicken soul-lessly re-heated in a microwave will never be as good as cooking fresh.
guaranteed you're a neet if you wouldn't appreciate a real cooked meal at work

All of these lunches suck. They have basically no protein and tons of calories.

Homemade protein pancakes (egg white oats whey) and sugar-free syrup
    Hardboiled eggs
    Chicken sandwich

    And more

    Are you guys even trying

On Sunday I get a kilo of lean meat (chicken breasts, pork loin, etc), cut it in slices, cook them in a pan and bring it to work on Monday. I find 200g of pork chops easier to eat than half a kilo of Greek yogurt.

I forgot to add I also eat lunch with rest of the colleagues, but it’s usually small with cca 120g of meat which why I bring extra.

While i dont know if this classifies as a healthy high protein meal (onky new to loosing weight) a go to for me is a chicken and rice dish i got off youtube that is amazing reheated. Its from ethan chelbowski on youtube. I use frozen chicken slices i get from walmart that are actually really good. The marinade is based on mayo but is pretty nice paired with the chicken (do be conservative with the mayo though as les is more) i usually make a large batch of it portion it out and fridge it. Throw some salad and bit of nice pita in there and its pretty good. Skip the rice if your going less carb but keep the veg. Its a pretty easy meal to put together and the garlic sauce is addiciting. I put in a ton more garlic powder and vinegar though. It needs it.

Im never hungry till later in the day. So I'll have two protein bars, and maybe some cereal. I work at a hotel of course, so the occasional morning it's smoked sausage, or patties with scrambled eggs in an everything bagel, or an omelette and red skin potatoes.
