yeah i started doing a lot more isolation for upper pec recently, i never do decline but i do normal bench.
Also there's more fat in the lower pec aswell so that might play too, im still quite fat

No, i did some calisthenics before, my back got the most of it, but lifting really improved my physique overall.
I always had some muscle even without training but cutting is kinda hard for me, started adding 1hour walks lately

5x5 pull ups are bodyweight? Also I eard that BB rows are pretty inefficient you might want to look into it
Mirin forearms and neck exercises tho, when i worked forearms I did 3 sets for curls, 3 sets of extension, super set 3 sets of grip training
the 5x5 are weighted
the 4x6 and 4x8 are bodyweight

OHP 50kg for 8 reps
Bench 100kg for 5 reps
Squat 110kg for 8 reps
I stopped deadlift because i hurt my back doing 160kg for 6 reps 2-3month ago I do light RDL at 40-50 kg for 15 reps atm

Yeah 100% natural, I did calisthenics on and off started before COVID, then I did pretty much nothing during lockdown.
When I started I couldnt even do 1 pullup, now I still do them when I work the back, 3 sets of 10 with good control, but pullups are good for me because im heavy, if you're skinny they might get easy pretty quick.
Do you have any goals yet? Improving pullups was a good goal for me
Otherwise I think 0.5* bodyweight OHP/ 1*bw bench/ 1.25 squat/ 1.5 DL are good goals for lifting
