      This. His diet and his quarter reps to absolute failure arent right, but his calm voice and his speakslop are nice to listen to. Also, i think IST is right and he is at least asperger, as he is always alone and speaking for 3+hours (before editing) every day to the camera. When he passes away it will be sad because hes not the stereotypical roided douchebag.

    His content is really cozy and motivates me to go to the gym, his lifting style where he just goes as hard as fricking possible is inspirational and really makes me rethink if I'm actually training hard enough.

    However his Hulk monster physique is disturbing and combined with his shit diet and roids he's not going to make it far past 30 which is depressing. I didnt realize how aesthetic he looked before the roids until I saw that picture, it is kind of a shame what he is doing to himself and I hope he wakes up and turns down his drug use to an at least reasonable level.

      Addicted to gains. He looked amazing pre roids. Do you think he'll allow himself to plateau? He can hit 300lbs of pure muscle, he won't be satisfied. He'll keep abusing more extreme PEDs chasing the gains.

    Roiding aside he has some good advice and goes til failure in all his lifts which is kinda good, but his form is suboptimal and he does a hell of cheat-reps. Results are there to see, he got big no doubt, but…

      is it possible that doing cheat reps is good?

      like he goes until he fails on proper form, and then keeps going while cheating until he can't even do that, sounds like that would generate even more muscle growth and sounds like we should reconsider the idea of "Cheating", like if he ONLY did cheat form the entire time that would be something, but he seems to start sets with good form and then just deteriorate over time but keeps going because he doesn't have autism and ocd.

    His advice is pretty good in the sense that you shouldn't follow what he's doing but instead you should find whatever works for your body, and to train with high intensity/to failure.
