    I'm 174cm and look ripped at 69kg, but I could stand to gain a bit more mass. I think 75kg would be good.

    I'm 5'8". Remember being super skinny when 155lbs, a twig with a six pack. Perma bulked for the last five years while lifting heavy, now up to exactly 200lbs. I've met all my strength goals and more, so after a cut I think 180lbs or 175ish should be ideal....

    5ft10. Probably 65kg for max lean mode. But ive found it basically impossible to go below 75kg. I dont know what it is, I started at 100kg, lost 25kg in 8 months and have been stuck at 75kg because im more interested in keeping my strength than losing more but the second I try to diet in the same way I was doing previously (OMAD with 2x fasting days a week) I lose my strength instantly despite not effecting me previously.

    I'm 187cm and weighed 150kg and trained and dieted down to 89kg
    still want to lose more weight because I've swallowed the leanpill
    any tips? I've plateaued for 2 months now.
    eating 2500kcal whilst working a physical job and lifting 3x a week
    I've been getting crazy mood swings lately and aggression
    i think I'm not eating enough but I'm also not losing weight for 2 months straight
    looking way better though
    i can't believe I'm putting on muscle the same rate i should be losing weight at with this deficit
    my phone says i burn around 1300kcal a day at work just from the walking (29km) but it doesn't calculate the weights I'm carrying
    can this all be real or am i coping and doing sth wrong
