No I think they are 100% natty, there is really a huge difference in genetic potential between people who have a lot of fast twitch fibers & good levers/insertions and those who don't as far as the impact on something like squatting goes. You never really see these kinds of people at commercial gyms because they're training with their sports team/club/whatever instead so unless you did high level sports in HS/college it's easy to not ever train with people who have strong genetic talent and end up thinking that something a 3 plate squat is impossible for girls without drugs when it's not even that remarkable in WL/PL/T&F

Anyway the best I’ve seen a woman squat at any of my gyms (commercial/uni) was like 185 lbs. On average if they do squat, it’s 90-135 lbs. Most normie women don’t squat at all though. But if you go to a powerlifting/hardcore bodybuilding gym that isn’t a chain you will probably see the strongest women do >2pl8.
Finally a real fricking answer. Feels good that I mog almost all women at 245 for reps, and I’ve only been lifting consistently for a few months.

I squat 1pl8 at the gym. I have only ever seen one woman squat more than me, and she was fat as frick but in the muscular fat way. Other women I have seen do 20lbs and 10lbs. I'm pretty happy with my pl8 although I know everyone here will shit on it. It's hard to build muscle as a woman. I work out 4x a week and eat a high protein diet but can't manage to look anything like the muscle mommies people post. I do look hot though, so I guess there's that.

A bit over 2pl conventional deadlift.
Almost 1pl bench.
I think the squat is comparatively the best lift for women. Men tend to skyrocket in the deadlift compared to their squat.
