        Finish out your bench day with pec flies, always do both flat and incline bench. Outside of this I'd recommend sven presses

        Cable or dumbbell works best? Might try cable because I think I can probably get away with a little mroe weight, what stance should my feet be?

          if you can, do cable. more uniform resistance through the movement, with flat DB flies you lose resistance through the rep. So cable will be better for inner chest development. But yeah also do them incline

              If it's necessary to remain stable then yes. Small concerns regarding posture during the lift so if you do stagger your feet just mirror it on the next set

        I can feel the muscle in the area I want to improve, if I couldn't target that area then there wouldn't be muscle there.
        It's not the middle inner part of my chest, it's literally just the top inner parts of my pecs that are underdeveloped compared to the rest of my chest.

          your muscles are composed of fibres. the fibre with hypertrophy along its whole length. you can target the upper part of your pec, but it will grow along its length from the insertion.

          thing of a bundle of spaghetti laid out flat. you can target sub-bundles, but you CAN'T grow one end of a piece and not the other.

    Yeah I struggled with this for a while. I found out if you did dumbell flies with your hands pronated that they instantly grew for me. i.e. dumbell flies with your pinkies at the top.
    There is some bicep strain with this, so start light.
