    If by forearm strength you mean grip strength, then I’d recommend static holds, plate pinches, and Kroc rows.

    From most to least relevant
    Crush grip and closed hand grip:
    Captains of crush grippers
    Double overhand grip on regular bar

    Open hand grip:
    Double overhand grip on axle or fatgripz over a normal barbell

    Open hand and pinch grip:
    Get a pair of 2-2.5inch rolling handles and punch blocks to use on the pull machines
    Loading pin and rolling handle or pinch block for one arm deadlifts

    Wrist strength:
    Weighted levers and mace for forearms as well as reverse bicep curl and forearm curl and any other arm wrestling excercise.
    Look up ironminds, silarukov, barrel strength systems, fat bastard barbell co and arm assassin strength shop.

    There's open hand grip (by varying degrees depending on the diameter of handle) closed hand grip, crush grip and pinch grip and wrist strength each excercise trains a different form of grip.

    Also make sure to get some of ironminds hand extensor bands or you'll get tennis elbow
