I knew you would say that. I will prolong the pain, but not shorten it.
Then consistent working out with perfect form and perfect consistency with a perfect diet and sleep schedule. There is no greater pain but in pain you will find bliss… or pain.
Right. Problem is I am just working out at random right now, just doing some each day and building it up slowly. Do you know how I can build a plan? Do I need more of a plan? I don't really know how to avoid both under or overdoing it. I don't have access to a gym, just some weights at home.

Eh, you really would be much much better off finding a gym. Otherwise you'll have to get yourself a cheap squat rack, plates and other stuff to get MAXIMAL results, especially quickly coz that's the only way to ensure leg gains from home. That being said, some upper body stuff that you'd find in every training program is
>A horizontal push
Pushups work here. Once ur at 30, make the exercise harder by putting your feet up on smth. Another variation would be to get your arms closer in. Try to touch the floor with your chest on every rep and fully lock out every rep.
>A vertical push
Kinda optional and kinda hard with your circumstances.
>A horizontal row
Look up inverse rows and see if there's a way you can set it up with a table or smth at gone
>A vertical pull
Pullups or Chinups would be cool, might be a bit hard at the start tho. Look up ways to slowly progress into these, Hybrid Calisthenics on YT is pretty good at this.
Other than that, some isolation stuff would be twisting bicep curls, overhead tricep extensions, lateral raises and rear delt flies.
Don't forget to eat plenty of protein to grow, I'd recommend four big meals a day with 0.5g/kg of bodyweight of protein in each of them. Good luck, hope this helps! More info on YT on channels like Jeff Nippard should be helpful too 😀
Boring answer is compounds and leg excercise. You will put on muscle the fastest with squats, hip thrusts, leg press. You will have a massive dump truck and quads though.
