OHP is all you need for shoulders. Front delts blew up but everything else was sorely lacking. Shoulders were in pain until I added in a lot of rear delt work and lateral raises

        post body
nobody who spouts this meme is anywhere close to being that lean because everybody who reaches that level of leanness naturally realizes its not worth it and 15-18% is much more ideal

rolling. people demanding body should always post body first. i would never demand body because i am not perfect and therefore will be killing myself shortly.

It will give you a strong core, but no aesthethics, no abs

i mean you gotta be fricking stupid to fall for that. have you ever gotten a pump in your abs from deadlifting? no. all the abs do on squat dead ohp is keep you from falling over. at that point its like thinking that doing curls standing up will give you big legs because you need to not fall

OHP is all you need for shoulders. Front delts blew up but everything else was sorely lacking. Shoulders were in pain until I added in a lot of rear delt work and lateral raises

now this is actually a bait that makes sense to fall for. ohp definitely looks like it would train your whole shoulder, it just doesnt.

I definitely feel my abs working when doing heavy OHP (you must consciously try and be standing upright by using your abs) and obviously deadlift and squat use your lower back quite a bit. But I will say personally I do not feel it is enough.
The good news is ab workouts are extremely easy and you can get a serious ab workout done in 5 minutes after all your other exercises. Hanging leg raises, L-sit progression or any variety of sit-up movements will do the trick in a few quick sets. For lower back, back extensions can be done on a dedicated piece of equipment, or done in reverse on a table. You can still easily do progressive overload on your core by increasing reps and then holding weight plates while doing the movement. So you don't really have an excuse to not do direct core work.

what's more impressive? 120kg fat slob bench pressing 100kg for 1 rep or 70kg skelly pressing 100kg for 1 rep?

    >Alternating Reverse Lunges
    >Lunges
So this is what its called in english. You homosexuals can say whatever you want but unless you are a hungry skeleton with next to no bodyweight, Lunges can be a god-tier leg and glute exercise if you grab two plates [like 15-20 kg in both hands] and do this shit while walking forward instead of standing in one place. Pretty much the only exercise than can make my glutes sore while also being more than a decent leg workout. Not to mention the minor stamina boost it gives you if done regularly.
