        I steam some broccoli, chuck it into a blender and puree it while adding water until it becomes a thin liquid. Once it's thin enough I toss in a scoop of protein powder.
        I have to get my veggies in somehow, and I loathe eating broccoli.

    Vanilla is superior because it has best flavor by itself and can be adapted to another flavor by adding real fruit.

    Add chocolate cocoa powder, banana, strawberries etc. to make another flavor. Cannot be done if whey powder flavor is already too strong.

    Always add 2 - 3 whole eggs, honey and nutmeg for more protein and taste with 2 scoops and 300ml whole milk .
