What frick am I supposed to eat for breakfast? I can make a good, filling and healthy meal for lunch and dinner, but breakfast? I either have an option of sugary cereals, oily eggs, or flavorless oats.

Oats boiled in milk. Afterwards, chop in a banana and sprinkle with Chia seeds. Mix with a tablespoon of organic peanut butter (optional).

If you have strawberries or blue berries, those are both good add-ins with the banana.

Full of good calls, fiber, and satiating.

I make overnight oats. 60g of oats, 125ml of milk, a tablespoon of yogurt, cinnamon, a drizzle of honey, a teaspoon of peanut butter, and whatever toppings you want as long as they're not high-calorie (apples, tiny amount of nuts, banana slices) and you mix everything in a mason jar and leave it in the fridge overnight. Calorie estimation is about 325-450 depending on the toppings used. I prepare multiple jars of this and eat them during the week.
    Enjoy

    Breakfast for me:

    > oats
    > frozen mixed berries and cherries
    > one banana

    All mixed together. Throw in:

    > half cup 4% cottage cheese

Filling, delicious, no added sugar, no wacky oils.

I discovered the endgame of breakfast: overnight oats
    600 cal
    53g protein
    52g carb
    19g fat

1 scoop chocolate whey protein isolate
    2/3rd cup generic oats
2/3rd cup gucci high protein oat mix
2% milk at 2:1 ratio of oats, maybe a bit more

it's basically chocolate fricking cereal with zero prep time (emphasis on overnight)

Oats with protein powder. Always troll the discount section at the supermarket for kicked-off-the-shelf protein powder. When it rains it pours; I didn't see anything for months, then after Christmas I scored three nice tins which will last several months. I also add cinnamon for flavor and peanuts for texture, but even shitty kinda-sugary or "keto" protein powder is fine nutritionally in oats, adds a nice protein kick, and tastes great. Mostly the latter. Especially the "keto" protein. Literal chocolate pudding. Frick I'm cooked.
