Seriously guys, is it a bad idea or not? would I be over working the chest as a whole too much or is it fine because it's working both upper and middle?

After you finish your flat bench work, just go straight into 3x10 of incline. No need to faff about with a warm up. Enjoy your gains

I do flat, incline, the incline machine, and flies all on the same day. It’s the only way to get a big chest as a natty.

It’ll be fine. Just don’t overdo it. Lower the weight of what you would usually do by 10-20%. Everything in moderation bro. And for the love of god make sure you stretch.

I do flat bench during Push A. And then decline followed by incline bench for Push B.
Not ideal but it is what it is.

I do flat, incline, flies and pullovers all on the same day. Only 4x8-12 each. Why would it even be called "chest day" if you only do bench and then leave? Lots of dyel answers in this thread.
