You can't target the inner chest retard it is all genetics. Anyone saying you can is retarded or trying to sell you something. Just grow your chest and it'll fill how it fills.
flare your elbows to the sides during diamond push ups and squeeze in as you press up. You should feel your pecs more doing them this way.
If you tuck your elbows and drive them back, then you are gonna use triceps more.
Do this:
-take a diamond grip but point your fingers towards the front
-make ABSOLUTELY SURE that your shoulders dont round throughout the movement and they stay down and back
-flare your elbows while going down but just as much as your current grip allows you to.
You shouldn't feel shoulder pain if you do them this way. If this is, however, still the case, then I would rather focus on basic push ups and perfecting the form (shoulders down and back, go slightly forward when you are lowering yourself to the ground, drive elbows back but not completely tucked, as if you are rowing yourself to the ground during the negative portion, sticking your chest to the floor, etc)
>Hurr durr genetics
Don't listen to these fags. Anyone that's trained for several years has a filled in chest. Spam cable flies and pec dec along with your flat/incline db or bench press. Thatll improve your chest nicely. Also, volume, volume, volume.

Chest muscle fibers are perpendicular to the green ones anon

I'm right handed but my right pec isn't filling in as well as my left. What's a possible explanation for this?
you jack off with your left hand
right arm is dominant meaning its stronger = right tricep used more taking load off right pec, I've got the same thing
inner chest isn't a thing, but try plate pinch press
>plate pinch press
does nothing
Muscle fibers can only contract evenly across their entire length, you can't target inner chest
Bench Press
Very heavy
would
>Tfw got chest gap and triangle chest
God why does thou punish me like this

But flaring my elbows hurts my shoulders.
