          I've never lifted as an exercise before. Total newbie. I read the sticky and saw the links to some routines but I just wanted to know if anyone knew what she does or something similar so I can just start learning how to do that.

            She has a personalized strength training program. You can find plenty of good stregth training programs out there like 5/3/1. Juggernaut, etc. I would recommed you to start with something more basic like GreySkull, or some SS variation that it's not too retarded until you can gain enough strenght to make it worth it to use percentages, RPE and those other things that tend to come with strenght training programs. You can gain strenght and muscle easily when are a newbie so it's not hard to make good progress with some half-decent program.

            If you are fat, you will have to lose some weight, if you are too skinny, you will to gain some weight, including some bf% as although she is muscular, she also not super lean, wich makes her look bigger.

            If are curious about what she does, she has some workout videos on her YT channel. Maybe you could also DM her and ask her directly, you might get lucky.

            In any case, I'd recommed start with something basic until you build a good strength and muscle foundation
