I'm not fit I'm just not 100 percent sedentary. I do weightlifting twice a week basically doing every major lift and less essentially some cardio maybe once or twice a week apart from that. I don't even control my diet at all and the bad programming speaks for itself.

This is a purely hedonistic impulse. It makes me feel good. I never feel better than when I've just gone to the gym and I have the next day off. When I was younger I realised that I was actively weak after not exercising for years. Not "untrained", actively feeble. My lifts are not impressive certainly, I don't know my 1RM, but I remember struggling with like 40 kilo bench presses and I can now do a set of 6 at 100 kilos as a normal part of every session.

Now at the very least I do not feel inadequate about my level of strength compared to random untrained guys on the street(people who are actually fit are another matter of course, but that's not the point for me.). That feels good, and I have the make-up where regardless it releases a lot of endorphins. The endorphins and sense of physical capability and accomplishment create a high I now need.

western diets are obesogenic and you WILL end up obese eventually if you're sedentary. and when that happens you'll start dying a slow painful death if you don't intervene. but i guess there's always shortcuts like ozempic or gastric bypass for people like you

I just do it for the women honestly. Don't get me wrong, it feels a lot better physically to be in shape and it's obviously healthier, but if women didn't care about it I would probably be a fat ass because I just like food way too much and am not a fan of effort. In a way, I really envy normies who just eat whatever the frick they want and pay no mind to macros, micros, and calories in calories out bullshit.

    >shirtless cause i love mogging fatass and skinny boomers
    >when its my turn to order
    >look at girl taking order
    >super cute blonde alt looking girl
    >another two girls getting the food look over at me
    >girl taking my order stutters a bit then i tell her what i want
    >when i give her my moner she brags my hand a little and apologizes like 5 or 6 times
    >when i go to wait for my food she keeps looking at me
    >food is ready and she walks it over to me
    >ask if they normally do it and she says no and kinda looks around for a second
    >ask her when she gets off and she says not too long
    >tell her me and my friends are going to a bar to see our friends band and she should come by
    >she says ok and she remembers my name so i ask her hers and she tells me
    >she comes out to the bar later and i find out she's 19
    >so i sneak her a couple drinks then ask her if ahe wants to drink some more at my place
    >she agrees and i get to smash and got her out by 10 before my gf showed up

I know you're a demoralization israelite, but for any authentic human beings; I had this same mindset and it was completely wrong in day to day life. With lifting you'll find yourself less afraid and intimidated even when dealing with buttholes you know would still beat you in a fight. You'll find yourself less afraid in all IRL matters if you lift

    >Anyone who thinks they will have access to a car for transportation in all situations don’t know the joy and convenience of walking 18 minutes to work all year long except winter and rainy days. Being able to walk for 30 minutes without breaking a sweat or feeling tired is literally not something sedentary people can do.
    >I’m glad that you’re under the impression that everyone is always packing, that false impression that you have should help keep a polite society.

I know this is a troll post, but I’ll answer anyway. I think being IST as in healthy and in shape with a peak natural body is good. Anything more than this (ie roidtranniy territory) is just cope and cringe.
