What is the actual breakpoint when you go from sort of flat ”normal” gym goer look to that lifter look with harder more dense muscle? Is it just about the weight of your one rep maxes?
You’re not lifting hard enough and not lifting enough and not eating enough and not sleeping enough and not stretching enough and not working out enough and not training enough and not picking up heavy things enough and not moving enough and not getting exercise enough
You'll start to care more when you start to look better but not yet put together, as in your arms are a little better but could be bigger, stomach smaller, etc
It matters to some more, others less.
For some, it's everything and thus they roid.
Others care more about their health but maximize their training, diet, etc.
Only you know what you care about.
Don't worry about that. Just lift.
I have been doing that, for 3 years, and still look very mid.
Keep lifting.
Frick it, i’m hopping on the secret sauce

I thought she had a giant horsewiener from the thumbnail
She still does
>asking about when
then you arent there yet is the answer to your question. so keep lifting, keep eating.
Legitimately probably around 1/2/3/4 if you have decent genetics and test levels for MOST PEOPLE
The thumbnail makes it look like she has a massive horsewiener
100% genetics , there are plenty of people who lift for 10 years make good progress and still look normal in a tshirt or tank top.
Genetics and/or steroids. Most people will never look properly jacked without roids
uh never?
Does it matter? For me making gains and getting stronger with more stamina and less fat is all that is needed.
>Does it matter?
It does.
