            That's not what this is at all, moron. Neural networks are just templates that can take on an arbitrary content straight from data. Humans write the pieces that make the numbers chug along, but the actual values of the numbers in the model are discovered through a process of learning, just like in your smooth brain

          The newest program is called Strength x Volume.

          The format looks like this

          Strength days are the traditional barbell lifts done 1xfailure at max intensity.
          The idea behind strength days is that the highest stressor of the muscle is the only one that matters in terms of gaining strength, additional sets only serve to increase recovery time, both long and short term.

          Volume days are high rep low intensity exercises, mostly classic accessory lifts. Pullups, lateral flies, facepulls, pullovers, rowing machine, bench dumbbell flies, box jumps, kettlebell swings, sled pushing, tire sledgehammer swings, whatever you feel like you need.
          The idea is to round out your physique and bring blood to the muscles. It’s also your cardio.

              15 sets of max intensity per week. Last time I did that I gained 5kg lean in a couple months and then quit lifting for a while because of the pain. I didn't have a concurrent whole ass other program beside it either.

                Fatigue and domsX100. I pr'd every set almost every other day for weeks. Anybody who thinks this sustainable has never actually lifted at max intensity. And the guy who thinks it's even possible to do while also training every other other day is just larping like a motherfricker.

                Definitely, and I will be using Dante's legendary DC rest pause if I find that I have to change up my programming. I really like the heavy duty split for now though.

                You pr every single lift every time with HIT. Plateauing is too easy to define here. It's when that stops happening. DC had you train each muscle 1.5X per week with UxLxUxx LxUxLxx so a simple way to add rest days would be to just do an upper and lower body day once a week.

                Max intensity barbell lifts 3 days a week and high volume dumbell lifts 3 days a week is two programs at once. You're only gonna develop so much in a year and you don't have to progress a dozen different lifts 156 times to do it.

                Beef liver has a strong taste, however it’s solely in the blood. If you wash it well, it has no taste or smell. But a large part of the benefit of liver is the blood, which has the massive amounts of B vitamins. Personally I drink the blood it comes with, then wash it, squeeze some lemon on it, and eat it like a steak.

    I love watching pseudo-artists rage knowing AI takes away anything they thought made them special. Most of them are social outcasts that draw crude porn and try to spend their time convincing themselves they are misunderstood geniuses, so they get what they deserve.
    I've also noticed real artists have no problem with AI art since it doesn't take anything away from them and can even enhance their abilities, funny how that works.
