What is the best form of creatine monohydrate for those sensitive to it, and those that get tummy bubbles from it?

What is the best form of creatine monohydrate for those sensitive to it, and those that get tummy bubbles from it?

Regular creatine monohydrate gives me runny diarrhoea, a very pale and watery coffee like substance that I can barely control around 30 minutes after taking it. It has a hard hitting aroma, that consumes the air around me, and smells of a deep acidic vinegar, mixed with raw onion.

So much so, that the last time I tried it after a long hiatus, and thought I might be OK now, I was promptly asked to leave the gym.

There are lots of other varieties of creatine that claim to not cause this, but fitizens, based on your own trials and tribulations, which do you find is the easiest on the gut, and will fend off gut squelches?

I remember one time, in the distant past, the regular made me put on 5lbs in weight, but taken after the age of 25, it's a no go area.

      I do eat a lot of meat, but in the past it does seem to have bloated me with 5lbs or so, and I need a mini 10lbs bulk.

      I fricking hate creatine. Every dyel in the world talks about creatine, creatine loading and bullshit like that. It’s basically worshipped on tiktok and shit. The amount of gains you get on creatine are minimal, your money is better spent on more food.

      I was a responder, at least it seemed that way, years ago when I had a bad diet. Just want to see if I can get that little extra help it gave me.

          I was, I had some years ago, and it worked. But the regular form now gives me a drippy stinging hole, so the better forms, will cancel out that and give me the responder part.

          I left a snail trail on one of the benches due to anal leakage, but as explained above, the aroma was somewhat imposing, vinegar and onion, which brought attention to it. They didn't harshly ask me to leave, just said I seem ill, so it might be best to go home and rest up.
