What is the cheapest way to bulk?

I started lifting a year ago and I was just 67kg.
I reached the 80kg, but now I lost a couple of kilos and I'm stuck at 77kg.
I.80, lean.
Help me out bulking back to 80kg without buying carbohidrates powder, since I'm broke at the moment.

5 minutes is the longest you can wait for a reply to something that has been answered a hundred thousand times before on the internet before you get demoralized? Fricking zoomers, man!

Keep that butthole to yourself, thank you very much. There's no need for more sexual perversion on this board.

Can you do dairy? If so, pound whole milk. Also, get used to cooking white rice. Rice, plus a pile of protein and vegetables can be all your meals if you don't know what to cook. Also, as long as you get a lot of carbs and protein, don't try to keep your diet low fat. The fat is easiest to sneak onto your plate if you have a hard time eating enough. DON'T let it replace the starch and protein though.

I eat a lot of rice, I've heard about milk and GOMAD, I never got it if it's a meme or not. Thank you, I also hate porn on this board. There are many boards to post it, but coomers insist posting it here.
        Have a meme

You can get maltodextrine cheap from beer brewing websites. Just mix it with regular whey and you have a mass builder for 1/2 price.

I thought mass gainers were a meme and were mostly sugar and fat.

No, they work well if it's a good brand

That's the thing. Whey is even more expensive than hard mass

A good one will be a complete meal replacement with complex carbohydrates, fat, protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals.

Dairy, eggs, canned sardines and tuna, oats, potatoes, rice and pasta are all dirt cheap. Add some fruit you like and a couple bags of frozen vegetables to your shopping list and it's pretty well rounded.
