We can extract the glucose and fructose from plants just fine, as well as nutritious liquid between the cellulose walls, and we can in fact break down the cellulose walls and get the nutrients inside the plant cells too. This is the case for most herbivores on the planet. But you the moron meathead only yap about fiber.

Some have more than others because we selectively bred them for thousands of years. If you only feed yourself from glucose and fructose, you will die. Creatine deficiency really does a number on you doesn't it?

                Anonymous

No, some have more than others because about 391,000 species of plants exist. We bred the best ones further because we are herbivores. Not exactly carnivore behaviour to cultivate plants, my dear logically impaired meathead. Creatine is not an essential nutrient. It is an amino acid derivative, naturally produced in the human body from the amino acids glycine and arginine.

    Depends.

Red meats are good for getting certain minerals.
White meats are good for getting Vitamin Bs.
Eggs are good for getting Vitamin D and some Bs.
All of these are good for protein as well.

Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin E, and most minerals - all come from green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits, seeds, and nuts.
These also have the most antioxidant properties and potential for lowering chances of chronic diseases.

This is why you need a balanced diet.
