A basic 3 day per week full body routine is good regardless of lifting history. Hard to beat the basics

Depends on how disabled you are. If you're too disabled, make sure to take things slow and only work out on days you're fully recovered. Your joints are more prone to injury once you reach the quarter-lifespan age.

    Garrote

Not the ideal routine, but light dumbbell work has low risk of injury and if you feed and rest yourself right then the stimulus is sufficient.

Good post. I started lifting for the first time in my entire life at 31 and two years later I am doing 1/-/3/4 + 2pl8 pullup

      OP use your body.

Why do millennial and zoomer homosexuals nowadays think hitting 30 is a death sentence? They make it sound like you just hit your 50's.

If you don’t have children aging seems unnatural and terrifying

Testosterone levels have dropped down significantly over the last few generations. Gen X was unironically the last generation to not be affected by this. I see Millennials complain about turning 30 as if they're joints turned to dust and they also immediately start growing grey hairs in the late 20's

      microplastics are not a meme.

Can lifting and running offset the testosterone loss?

Only at a slight margin. Government and israelites have made sure to turn you into weak cattle.

I need advice from you guys. I am 30 years old, basicaly completelly new to weightlifting. Only equipment i have is set of dumbells, with max 20 kg weight per arm. Cant have a bench or pull up bar. Possible i will buy more weights when the time comes.
I try to exercise 5 days a week. My job is insane, day and night shifts, so this following routine works for me since i can finish it in about 45 minutes.

    Push-ups - 5+5
    Dumbell curls - 10+10
    Goblet squat - 10+10
    Lateral raise - 10+8
One arm overhead extension - 10+8
    Upward row - 10+10
    Sit-ups - 10+10
    Floor fly - 10+10

I know i wont get super jacked, but i want to build muscle, and lose weight. I am in caloric deficit and its going great so far, so that part isnt a problem.
Would you add some exercise to my "routine", or substitute some
Should i add some form of cardio to this routine? Maybe jumping jacks, or burpees?
