      Me. I'm in my 40s. Bare bones home gym. Basically just do chin ups, pull ups, dips, shrugs, farmers carry, halos, kb swings, shoulder press, db bench press, high rep bodyweight squats, + bicycling/hiking/etc.

      Considering I'm some kind of loser hermit shutin I think I'm doing ok. I mostly do it for my mental health. I basically just want to age semi gracefully and stay active.

          said. Can be pretty weight dependent but most people aren’t gonna run sub 7’s with no training other than lifting for 3 miles. So under 21 is a good baseline to shoot for.

    People who go to the gym but don't make a "life-style" out of fitness. Not pseudo athletics, not power lifting, not bodybuilding, not leanmaxxed soon troons, but just people who more or lese eat healthy, lift a couple times a week and do routine cardio. None of this 15-20 sets per group a week hyper optimized "not leaving gains on the table" shit. You can tell most of these people don't have a life or career outside of the gym and are using the gym to cope with being what is at its core an undesirable person and because they're shallow they can only conceive of physical improvements being a way to escape that.
