      For me, it's dumb bell skull crushers

      Skull crushers but with movement at the shoulder. Drop as far back as you're comfortable with and come up to a slight angle so that the tris never lose tension.
      Your tris are responsible for both shoulder extension and elbow extension.

      My local gym has a machine that does this movement but seated
      I've been doing it so much I noticed the back of my arms are bigger than the front and I have no shoulders

    Dips/weighted dips.

    If it hurts don’t go down that far, but nothing will blow up your tris like dips.

    Everything else is accessory work and too easy to cheat, etc.

    For me it's overhead ez bar extensions and then right into tricep pushdowns

    Doing tricep pushdown with a curled bar 3 sets of 10, followed by 3 sets of 15 with a rope has been the best, most efficient exercise that hasn't fricked up any other muscles for me. Full extension, proper posture and not engaging your abs is the way to get the most hypertrophy with triceps.

    Definitely the JM press. The creator himself, JM Blakely has several videos explaining it. It's a mixture between a skull crusher and a tricep extension but there's a specific way to do it.
