        People overestimate the amount of lean muscle mass one can carry and underestimate the amount of fat you actually store.
        I can not imagine being over 140lbs at that low bodyfat % while having more muscle mass.

        You are all lard then. This was me half a year ago at 5'5.5" (hyper midget) and at ~175lb.

        Mind you I train in a lazy as frick way compred to my teen years (as a teen I trained 6-7 days a week for 3 hours more or less per day. Now I train once every week or every 2 weeks. High intensity during those days, but the aggregate is dogshit since I lost my fire since being short raped my ego).

                That's just being mentally ill. Plus I didn't really focus on abs so it definitely could have had deeper striations if I did. Also my end goal is lower bf anyways, but also to pack more muscle since what I had and currently have is nowhere near the real "natty peak".

      you underestimate the real limit. That shit was my high school weight where I was doing 1000 pushups with 45lb, 3k situps without stopping, curling a 20lb dumbbell 1800 times per arm once every 2 seconds for an hr, mvp of track, etc.

    Top is 5-6% BF. Bottom is 10-12% BF. For you that’s about 163lbs. I’m a 5’6” manlet so it’s 156lbs for me. Which is pretty accurate. I’ve been lifting the majority of my life and I’m 153-155lbs depending on the day at probably 13-14% BF. I have a little fat I want to lose and I could carry more muscle with a better diet.

    like most people mentioned others tend to udnerestimate how much fat they got and how much real muscle they have. i think the natty limit after 10 years+ of training is height in cm minus 100 +/- 2kg. while being absolutely jacked - meaning delt serrations, adonis belt , chizzled serratus anterior and veins below navel.

    I'm 5'7 200lbs aroun 20%bf,
    you can be 80kg lean easily, I bench 225 for reps, squat 4 plates and deadlift 4 for reps too (I have manlet proportions that's why they're the same)

    Lol get a gym membership, a barbell for curls and triceps, and dumbbells for shoulders and arms.

    If you lift earlier then hit arms/shoulders before going to bed while cooking you'll get way bigger. 2x a day has its merit given you don't squat 3x5 in the am then deadlift 1x5 at night.
