    6 sets per major for full body is "optimal"
    making each two different compounds is less optimal but more balanced, adding an accessory for each group is also a step away from optimal but recommended. To summarize
    2 push exercises
    2 pull exercises
    1 squat exercise
    1 deadlift variation (always RDL)
    1 push accessory (fly variation, triceps extensions, or dp pullover)
    1 pull accessory (it's just curls , facepulls if your shoulder is fucky)
    1 leg accessory (lolno abs go here)
