      i eat over 200g of protein every day and havent had anything except food that i cooked myself for 5 years and lift hard to failure 5 times a week and get at least 7-8 hours of sleep every night and have tried all kinds of routines but nothing works because my genetics are the most garbage in the world and people that dont even lift have bigger muscles than me and people who have lifted 1/4-1/2 as long as me have a total twice as big as mine

    Revisit your training, how do you train, do you actually train the muscle when you do that specific exercise for it?
    Diet, do you eat enough for bulk?
    Cant build muscle and lose fat at same time unless u roid, gtfo dyels
    I trained for years with no result then i started to focus on the muscle and Black person im growing finally instead of just getting fat
