        At the very least, I'm still a student here but the ability of polyphenols to suppress nueroinflammation, which is largely believed to be the cause of neurodegenerative diseases, is well documented and accepted in the medical community. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5883375/

        I personally wasn't aware of okra being a nominal source of polyphenols. I might try some now.
