      it's about forming a habit and making it part of your life, lifting to me is like brushing my teeth

    It took time for me to learn this, but being negative wasn't the way to go. Beating yourself up over failures or being hard on yourself mentally stopped working and wasn't sustainable. The thing that has helped me the most is asking myself if I'm proud of the work I put in today. Did it help me move closer towards my goal? Whether it's strength, aesthetics, health, or whatever your goal may be, thinking about things more positivity has had a huge impact for me. I hope it can help you.
