      Lat pulldown is old school, more of an gen x thing where they always load it heavy and pull by swinging back.
      Face pull is definitely youtube zoomer, but you rarely see them doing it.

      I would say dumbbell bench press and dumbbell rows, because that's what zoomers at my gym do mainly, I guess because barbells are too intimidating and check their egolifting too hard. Only people over 25 seem to touch bars at my gym.
      That's for guys tho, don't know what the zoomer girls do because I don't pay attention to them.

      hey whats wrong with facepull? I compliment my landmines with it, at first it was sucky, the good form to hit the back took a bit to figure and started with only a handful of plates, but now I can do it good and pull the entire machine. Its addition of it gave me some good gains.
      and I never saw anyone other than me doing fp too now thinking about it. zoomzoomz just dl squat, bench and go.

      zoomers are scared of compound lifts for some reason, maybe it's too hard?
      all they do is go to the gym and rep out junk volume with some theoretically "optimal" isolation lifts for 3 hours a day
      they genuinely have no idea how to train, doing solely isolation lifts only works if you're blasting gear
