Its ringworm or a related fungus. Not all ringworm infections are the classic ring shape.
Buy antifungal shampoo like Nizoral or anything with at least 1% ketoconozle and scrub the area with it once or twice daily until it goes away and then at least another week after that. You'll be fine, happens to people all the time. Wont be any lasting marks.

Eczema I've got it on my hand/fingers and recently got it on my neck.

      Those
Have had it throughout all of my life. Sometimes comes and suddenly disappears. For me dry air and sweat make it flare up, picrel helps.

This. Stop taking arginine if you are taking it and take 1g of lysine four times a day. Shingles is fricking awful and so is the nerve damage that can come along with it.

/med/ here. Most of these comments are moronic. Notice how it stops right at your midline? It's probably shingles.

It is likely a fungal infection from contact with other dudes sweat. I got something very similar in almost the same place when I accidentally put some other dudes shirt on that looked like mine on the bench. You will need a cream thing, I don’t remember the name.

I would advise you see a doctor for it if you are able to though, because there are a lot of different conditions that have that same look to them, including hsv. Good luck.

Shingles if its only on one side of your body

basicly you got chickenpox again as an adult (which is normal happens to 50% of the people before they are 60 but only if they ever had chickenpox before)

I had shingles last September and it looked almost identical, it's on one side of the body, go to a doctor to get antivirals ASAP to minimize lasting nerve damage. The rash is itchy, burning and painful and will continue to spread until your immune system gets the upper hand

It’s the Decepticon COVID variant with a deadly, 99.999999999% survival rate. Not even 50 totally legit and useful vaccines that don’t stop the virus would work. Might as well rope yourself now to end your suffering
