                I have no leg day, i only high-bar-close stance-pause-squat once a week on the range of 6-10. Gf likes the size of my legs so ive been focusing on upper body.
                Max chin up is weighted with 50kgx1
                And max ohp is 72kgx1

    i dont squat anymore cause i realized its meme but why people even use these? it doesnt hurt if you place it in proper way. of anything i would be aftraid to squat with this weird shit on bar. books unstable and is unable to fit in spot where bar is held. also why our upper backs are shaped in such way? did prehistoric men carried stuff attached to stick resting on back?

    I can't for the life of me get my traps to support the weight of the bar when I'm doing high-bar squats. I always end up with a painful lump on my vertebrae. So I bought one of these even though it's for pussies. I'm liking it so far up to 315 for 5.

      When you pinch your shoulderblades together it should create a little shelf. Not a big one but just enough of a pocket for the bar.

        Try using a narrower grip width. It should make it easier to keep your upper back tight and for your traps to support the bar.

        Thanks for the tips, I will try these. I thought I was supposed to just keep a shrug when I loaded the bar.

    Unlike other pussy accessories, this one baffles me because it makes the physics of squatting unfavorable. You increase torque on the knees and diminish you ability to hold the bar in your hands. Stuff like wrist hooks and gloves can give you an advantage, this one only makes you look dumb.

    I dont give a shit, im using it, I have a soft one and I can really dig in to that b***h. I squat 140kg for 6.
    Also I'm not a manlet, I have wide shoulders and I cant twist my arms back far enough for a lowbar squat.
    All the youtubers showing lowbar squat are like 5ft nothing. I'm 6ft4.
