    Lack of sleep. I’m so fricking addicted to staying up late or just not sleeping. I literally have to completely exhaust myself everyday if I want a normal sleep schedule. Otherwise I get 5 - 6 hours of sleep. In fact it’s currently 4AM and I have to be up in five hours

    I used to be able to lift during lunch time, now I can only lift in the late evening and my energy levels are just too low by then. Yeah, yeah, I know. Some of you lift after coming home from your manual labor job or at fricking night time, I can't do it. At 7-8pm all I want is dinner and afterwards collapse into bed. These days I only lift like twice a week, usually Fridays if I get off work early and then Sundays. Honestly, I'm surprised it still works well enough to maintain or make small gains.
