    My lifetime goal is a natty 2/3/4/5 ish for 8 reps with 12% bodyfat. Whatever I look like at that point is more than good enough. Then it's just maintaining that level for as long as possible whilst remaning physically healthy and flexible.

          I can run a 24/25 minute 5k and barely feel any discomfort. Taking it down to 21 minutes absolutely kills me for the rest of the day. You have no appreciation for the difference between a 29 minute vs 20 minute 5k. You need to go from 9:40/mile to 6:40/mile, and THEN you need to do that 6 times in a row to hit your delusional 15k/hour goal.

          I get it, you're young and you've seen some early successes in your fitness journey, but you're going to learn you can't be a master of all trades. Reaching the performance levels youve stated are mutually exclusive. You need to sacrifice size and strength to reach your running goal, but you need to sacrifice leanness + speed to reach your strength goal.

    My goal remains pounding as many thots as possible for as long as I can. I find that the idea that you shouldn’t lift for women is a cope.
