Pull-ups and it's not even close. Currently hitting ten in a row (used to hit 15 when I was younger), going to work my way up to a solid 20 before I start weighting them.
It used to be db bench press.
But for the last 2 weeks my shoulder/chest physically hurts when I do almost anything chest related so I'm forced to give it cooldown time
