Farm work and manual labor are generally superior for long term health and strength than lifting assuming you don't over due it.

Reason is they don't generally stretch or do any corrective exercises for their lower back or rotations for their shoulders, hindu push ups and squats are great to offset that sort of manual labor induced pain, wear and tear at an older age the damage from overuse becomes worse and worse as your body can't recover as quickly as it could when it was younger.
Exercising should be done for the benefit of a longer health and to build a powerful and strong physique suitable for the sport its involved in, try to avoid injuries during training competition time if you do compete or try to set a world record is when you should go for broke but still not ego lift to cause permanent damage.

I work in a factory(for a better schedule for family) now manufacturing windows and its easier on my body. The people that have issues are inactive outside of work and usually eat very unhealthy. As a ex smoker and drinker that inflammatory effect of those is real also which they also abuse.

It's impossible for there to be more than a few alphas in any given system. As humans develop and organize themselves, the cream will rise to the top. This is good for the men that can make it to the top, since they have everything open to them. This is good for women, since they only need to watch the men do everything and then preferentially select the winners, and this is also good for betas, since they only need to follow what the alpha says and they can be given enough security to not fricking die.
There are extreme risks both to being an alpha and a beta. Attempting the alpha end of the dichotomy means you could lose, and lose hard. You could lose everything or even die from having to fight other men, get kicked out of an organization from fricking up too much, become a social outcast, or you could be usurped or any number of things. You don't really have any true status, but that's not what matters, not for physical attraction. This isn't a strongly held opinion and I know that there are exceptions if you are a serious lifter etc but I currently hold the belief that if one lift takes you more than like 10 minutes you are taking too long. This is because I currently go to my uni gym which is loaded with homosexuals that will take up one of the 10 benches and just sit there nodding their head to eminem or some gay shit for like 3 minutes and then go down and press their 2 plates x1 and rinse and repeat that 8 times.
