literally every bakery and supermarket. Or you might life in some third world shithole where they only sell sugared cardboard as "bread", and real bread is nowhere to be found.

Whole grains but if youre American be careful buying it and check the nutrition since most factory processed whole grains has tons of added sugar and is shit for you, try to stick with shit from a bakery if you can.

Any bread that isnt whole grain is empty refined carbs and bad for you.

I grew up with it, and ate it with lots of cheese and milk like most Dutchies. Thats what got us all so tall. Most countries that grew up with it are tall on average. Its manlets that hate it.

Whole grain rye bread is God. And it ages well too. Old and dry white bread is just shit. Rye bread hardens just right and is a workout for your jaws.

make your own, almost all store bought bread is onions laden and stored in hot plastic that leeches estrogen into the bread. Not to mention in the u.s. they are all filled with an absurd amount of sugar and oil.

first you need to learn the difference between bread made with meal and bread made with flour. One has all the fibers and vitamines still in them, the other has all that stuff filtered out. Start reading the ingredients ffs.

check the ingredients list, make sure it doesn't have high fructose corn syrup. Sadly, most bread does.

Ezekiel bread is a good brand, but all bread is not really ideal. It's very calorie dense.

      >Ezekiel
Came here to post this, based Ezekiel. All sprouted grains, high protein, and toasting it makes the room smell heavenly. I use it for everything BUT my cheat day PB&J's on shitty white bread with milk.

Bread shouldn't last more than a day without going stale nor more than two days without growing mold. Huge red flag if your bread looks fine after a week.

this is true with moister bread like rye loaves but like a baguette will just become inedibly hard and stale.
