                Deadlifts are more of a CNS workout than they are a muscle workout, so I would say its completely possible that Shawn Baker could beat a roider in a max rep deadlift competition.

                It’s worth considering that fiber isn’t required in and of itself. Most of the reasons for eating fiber are for mitigating the impact of carbs. The rest of the reasons are poorly understood claims of “supporting a healthy gut microbiome”.

                There are enough people on long term diets with zero fiber to know that if there are negative effects, they aren’t severe enough to be measured, or even noticed.

    I mean, it seems really obvious why a diet of only meat; a diet high in saturated fat, would be unhealthy for a person. A diet with no fiber and a lack of a variety of vitamins that can only be found through plant sources such as Vitamin C (Fiber can only be found in plants as well which is good for your colon.)     Going paleo-keto-carnivore (PKD, exclusion of anything that isn't ruminant muscle and organs) saved me from my autoimmune disease second time now

    Might stick around for it longer than 3 weeks so I can heal intestinal pearmibility for longer

    I'm not saying that anyone should do it, but if you have an autoimmune disease, I highly rec that you look into it. It might be worth it. Second time i'm trying it, and this is the second time that my chronic life-ruining autoimmune symptoms greatly reduce in intesity within day 2-3.
