It’s worth considering that fiber isn’t required in and of itself. Most of the reasons for eating fiber are for mitigating the impact of carbs. The rest of the reasons are poorly understood claims of “supporting a healthy gut microbiome”.
There are enough people on long term diets with zero fiber to know that if there are negative effects, they aren’t severe enough to be measured, or even noticed.

I mean, it seems really obvious why a diet of only meat; a diet high in saturated fat, would be unhealthy for a person. A diet with no fiber and a lack of a variety of vitamins that can only be found through plant sources such as Vitamin C (Fiber can only be found in plants as well which is good for your colon.) It makes perfect sense why atkins kills people and why people who attempt to diet off atikns always end up sick or near death . Eat a fucking lemon before you get scurvy you retards.
