    I'd say this is ottermode.

    If you want to look like this then maybe you need to be 170lbs at your height and about 10% BF.

    How strong are you? If you are as strong as you claim then start lifting weights while cutting and you will prob be close this time next year in a year assuming you lose 1lb of weight per week

      I can do 12 strict chin ups in a row and bench 245

      I was doing a recomp for last 4 months and gained decent amount of muscle but realize I need to slow cut now

        I'm sure people will disagree but if I were you I would do intense total body weightlifting on Mondays and Thursdays and then go running on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. You give yourself a rest day after each weight sesh. Start counting your calories and eat at a -200 cal deficit and if you do it right you will slowly shrink down.

        I low key look like this guy and this is my program for "getting in shape"

        You are starting off at a major advantage given that you are already strong

      If he's starting at 215 he should be able to lose more than 1lb a week for a while.

        Im scared of cutting hard bgecause Im balding and just started finasteride im scared too much of a calorie deficit will make my balding worse

          1. Losing 1-2lbs per week isn't a hard cut
          2. It is better to be thin/fit and balding than fat and balding Why would cutting make your balding worse?
          3. Embrace your hairline. If you are 6-1 and fit women will overlook your hairline they don't care as much as you think the fatness is infinitely worse.

      With those arms? No way is that 170lbs unless he's 6'4"+.
      Average height he's closer to 140-150lbs

      I wouldn't even call this ottermode, not enough muscle and is leaner than it needs to be to be ottermode.

      Thats true ottermode, and he has way bigger arms, not as defined abs (so slightly more bodyfat) and more muscle in general.

      Op is somewhere between skinny and ottermode.

        You are right he probably weighs less than 170, I'm 6-3 so I have a hard time judging people's weight like that

          170 is a good weight for OP to aim for.
          I don't know if that's going to be the final weight if he wants to look like the OP pic but getting to 170 and then evaluating if he needs to loose more is a good idea.

    Also OP I'm guessing your going to have to lose a good amount of muscle, not just fat, to look like OP pic.

    He has very small arms and chest, his abs aren't that big but just really defined because of the low bodyfat.
    I'm not sure of a good way to lose that much muscle.

    He looks like he only trains abs. Twig arms and no chest. I look better tbh after 0.5 year of pull-ups and pushups
