you think so? this makes me happy because I sort of have his build and have been going hard for 2 years. been down because i feel like i should be so much farther along.
I looked exactly like this after my first two years.
Realistically speaking, for most people, getting jacked close to their natty limit will take about 10 years. Sure you can probably get there in 5, but that would require no silp-ups, no breaks, always following a training and diet plan. Most people cannot keep this kind of discipline for so long.
agreed 100%. its always the sub 1-year lifters that are too eagar to have rest days and are so worked up over "how will i look in x years" etc. stupid questions. realistically 99% of people that go to the gym for 2 years will not look much different and there are so many factors to that. maybe just training wrong, busy with work/family, losing interest, taking break, lack of nutrition, whatever it may be. even 5 years in the grand scheme of things is so little.
man ive been training on and off for 10 years and 2017 feels like ages ago. so much has happened in the world last 3 years. i also took almost entirely off from gym those last 3 years, just wasnt into it. even after 10 years im not nearly jacked, granted i have legitimately not been inside the gym out those 10 years in total for maybe ~5 years taking every break into consideration (not lifting during summer time for ~ 3 months and so on).
