      >This
      Why would you say this?

Guys, why do these weird liars want us to stop taking vitamins so badly? They show up in every single supplement thread EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

I AM israeli, I TAKE VITAMINS. don't vitamin deficiencies cause huge problems and even death? Isn't the world really messed up with soil depletion and all that at the very least?

I'm not a doctor or a nutritionist or any kind of professional. this is not advice.

All I take is the garden of life ones, which might be declining in quality now since the got bought out but I haven’t noticed, some GNC brand krill/fish oil, and any D3 gel since a family member is in medical research and gets on everyone’s back about taking D3, and according to them it’s so cheap to manufacture that there isn’t really such a thing as a “bad” brand.

The only multivitamins that have a good amount of bioavailability are refrigerated liquid ones. Basically any vitamin that isn't a stable metal or mineral is going to have low bioavailability in solid form.

Honestly just eat good food most of the time and you'll be golden. A variety of plant and animal foods will fuel your body, while vitamins likely won't do shit for you.

you're a fool for taking multivitamins. Eat a better diet that actually pays attention to micronutrients.

It's much easier to just eat meat, carbs and take multis than to bother with veggies.

If eating vegetables is too much for you to handle, you are not gunna make it.
