what muscles should i target for bear mode?

what muscles should i target for bear mode? im already doing extra neck and trap work but im too moronic to tell if theres anything specific about their physiques, or if they just have well rounded musculatures with a bunch of fat slapped on top

    You cant fake it. Its got to be real.

    Squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press, chinups. Get real strong. If you have the geentics for hypertrophy, it will come. If you dont, you are fricked. Working on shit like "side delt" wont help you if you dont have the genetics to become "big" with deadlifts, bench press, and overhead press.

    If you DO have the geentics to get big from Deadlifts, overhead press and bench, then once you are big, go ahead and do shit like laterals raises and side raises if you want. Maybe it will work.

    But dont major in the minors. Youre going to need to become legit strong to look strong.

          Dbs are a good alternative. If you can db bench 120lbs full rom than you're fricking strong, but getting into position is a workout in itself.

    just throwing all of those guys in a bundle and calling it "bearmode" is incredibly moronic.
    1, 3, 4 and 6 are not ripped but not fat either.
    Cavill (5) is just straight ripped, absolutely no fat hanging out of his abdomen, as opposed to every other guy in the picture, which makes this comparison insane.
    2, 7, 8 and 9 are straight fat fricks. strong? yes, but fat fricks nonetheless.
