      If you did 10 pushups a day for multiple years then you would be able to do 10 pushups, but every day, and for multiple years. Hell, make it decades and do it several times a day. It's still 10 pushups. You'll be strong enough to 10 pushups at any given time no matter the conditions. 10 pushups. Your little sister can do that. Your body ain't gonna develop muscle over 10 pushups.

            It does strain me, but I'm a fat fuck weighing 205 lbs at 5'8" who used to do no other exercise but walking...

            On the bright side I lost 60 lbs this year.
