How are you this poor and not creative? I just put books inside of my backpack and did weighted pullups, curls, pushups, goblet squats, split squats. I also held books over my head and did weighted situps.
Im not even sure what you can buy with just $35

you're not gonna get anything worthwhile for 35 dollas

I mean, wouldn't a sandbag be worth that?

My idea is literally get a sandbag.

you know a sandbag is just... a bag that you fill with sand right?

yes, but I don't want some shitty DIY shit.

wtf are you doing to do with a sandbag? its not heavy enough to do anything worthwhile
you cant really curl a sandbag, you cant squat it without progressive overload, etc
like are you in some 3rd world country where 35 usd is your salary or something?

              It's a week of a montly wage.

They break apart the first time you try them.

I don't know why people are so resistant to helping you. I did a quick search to see what I could find.
    Actual fitness equipment:
    >30lb Amazon Basics Cast Iron Kettlebell ($33)
    >Set of two 12lb Amazon Basics Neoprene Workout Dumbbell ($31)
    Generic heavy shit:
    >50lb of sand (pic related, $30)
This was the heaviest thing I could find under $35 that's sold by weight. If you do decide to go this route, just keep in mind that the bag this sand comes in is almost certainly going to rip. See if you can find a tightly woven burlap sack to contain it in, and even that might to be dense enough to prevent the sand from leaking out.

If I were you, I would go with the kettlebell. 30lbs isn't a lot, but at least it's not going to break on you.

Ab roller wheel. If there are some money left, get yourself a push up board. That is all. Bodyweight squats for legs. There are plenty of parks with bars so you don't need a pull up bar.
