    depends on your frame. I'm 5'11'' with shoulders on the broader end but look fat at 170 lbs. My knees hurt when run over 163 so I just put as much lean mass then cut. Get a little bigger, cut a little further. Just a constant seesaw of up to 162 and down to 151. It matters more if you do athletics and stuff you could probably bulk up to 190 at 5'10 if you don't ever plan on jogging

      I ran a marathon at 182 lbs at 5’10”. How small are you guys? Jesus. OP shoot for like 175-180 sub 15% bf and you’ll be fine

        IST (and probably the internet in general) has been throwing around this benchmark for minimum of a decade, but minimum six figures (i.e. 100k) in 2013 is about equivalent to 77k now or 63k in 2003, so not very impressive. We should probably start bumping it up and being a bit more precise (e.g. quarter mil).

    Naturally you'll get flak for being "short". I've been lifting for quite awhile and currently 210 5'10" and could lose 20-30lbs. 190 was a good weight for me, unlike one anon I felt GREAT running at 190, was fairly lean but not unmaintainable. Depends on how much mass you have though. I'm pretty broad from birth so it's hard to say, I'd say for your run of the mill king of manlets 170 is pretty good, 160 would be ok.

    Peak potential broad frame natty maxxed 10% bf I would say 180lbs.

    I'm currently 185lbs 5'9 sub 15% bf with a small frame and rarely see anyone who's bigger than me who's in this height range that's not fat/roided. I'm sure there's a guy that's 200 lean at 5'10 that holds all his fat ih his legs but don't count on that being you
