Jokes aside, oatmeal with protein powder is an excellent breakfast in my experience. Old fashioned on a cut, or steel-cut on a bulk. Decent quality carbs for energy, easily-digestible protein, and easy AF to make if you go with cold oats.

Something is wrong with me because I love oats and whey protein is fine, but the combination is a pain to eat. The texture makes it feel like I'm eating concrete. if you're a weirdo like me do overnight oats with protein, then toss it into a blender in the morning with some extra water and it's a lot more tolerable - but less satisfying since you're drinking your breakfast, not eating.
Might be the amount of water you're putting in. Took me a while to get that right.
And if you're making oats in the microwave, be sure to add the protein after for best taste.

You're probably right, I either end up with a dense sludge or oats in watered down chocolate drink. I don't make the oats in the microwave though, I cook them on the stove

I like to drink coffee before work and then use my morning to eat at my desk. I eat a potato/egg/bacon bit mix and it's tasty and gets me through the day.

I tend to go with eggs and avocado on toast. Keeps me satisfied till lunch and isn't terribly high in calories.

Put cheese on a tortilla and lay it in oven rack. While you melt the cheese scramble eggs. in tortilla w salsa and a green leaf or a vegetable.
