        After about a month if you see no big increase in your gym lifts then you're a nonresponder. You should also look a little thicker because it has your body hold more water in your muscles.

        You don't. Creatine will increase your gains a tiny few percent, like 3%. Nobody's eye is good enough they can know what 3% extra gains is. You simply have to trust that it's working.

        didn't do shit for me, so there's a chance it won't do anything for you, either. started taking way more after some thread suggested 0.1g/kg bodyweight, didn't do shit.

        it had no effect on me having to pee. it might be that all the anons in this thread have never hydrated properly before and now their body was begging them to, so they gulped it down instead of sipping throughout the day.
