It's also a farming nation, so a lot of oats, eggs, meat and dairy.
The British also have also been processing their food for a long time. So a lot of bread, fermented and pickled foods, cheese, yogurt. Things like fermented oats.
Any fruit and vegetables that don't frick with your GI system.
This is just yuro cope. Europe is all the same. The US is a vast and diverse landscape filled with a multitude of climates, regions, foods, and cultures. It's very unique everywhere you go, whereas in europe it's all basically the same. You wont find much difference between Paris, London, Berlin, Rome, Lisbon, and Madrid. It's all the same food, the same culture, the same buildings, same businesses, and they all smell shall we say very "used." Europe is very old and their streets definitely smell like it. You have to go into the hidden away locations to find anything special or unique, like Wales. What a crazy bunch, very nice people. Stay away from England for sure though. All the people there are very fat and smelly, they're also poorly educated for the most part. I'm not sure why, Oxford is a fine institution but I suppose not everyone gets to go. Like in the rest of the anglosphere people do read nutrition labels for example, but in England they just.... they don't. They never read them and they practically worship their government while at the same time being smug about it. Not worth the trip IMO.
Oh and don't even get me started on transportation in England. Everywhere is CROWDED. It's like India. People all over the place. England also decided to import a ton of indians and west asians so they're always on the trains and they all smell worse than the english people. The trains themselves are way too small for the amount of people they're expected to carry. Stations are always packed and so are the trains. Korea was never this bad, even during rush hour. And forget about driving. Again too many people, not enough space for cars. You'll be going like 40km/h at most anywhere you go, and that's without the insane traffic. Many times you're practically forced to walk, which wouldn't be that bad except for the fricking rain. It's worse than seattle. And of course this just makes the people smell even worse. On top of this, outside of the tourist areas there's no central AC. No heating and cooling. It's like being in New York City. Prices are bad too, everything costs a premium, probably because it's on a crowded island. Skip England, go to Scotland if you have to. Very nice culture if you avoid the few bad parts.
Take a look at the low iq amerimutt revealing his subzero power level yet again.
You god damn IDIOT. You’re an embarrassment for other Americans.
Keep seething. I've seen your countries. I've met your people. England is by far the worst. I even met an englishman in the states who thought they could rent a car to drive from New York City to Los Angeles for a day trip. English are an absolute solipsistic, passive-aggressive bunch and if they disappeared nothing of value would be lost. You don't want people to know but sorry I prefer the American white trash to the English white trash. At least the American is more intelligent and somewhat conscientious, I would compare English white trash to gypsies.

Lmao you're really only adding to your humiliation. Putting your own either ignorance of your own cumbersome qualities, or your active hiding of them on display. Anybody who's been to England will find little, if anything, disagreeable in my little diatribe. Anyone who's met english people outside of england will also attest and confirm to the authenticity of my posts. Enjoy your slags having a cheeky nandos at 3 AM after getting sloshed. Maybe the rural areas are better havent seen em, but not a single english city is worth visiting, and the place is so small and compact it's hard to tell where a city ends and another begins. All the metropolitan areas just sort of merge together, kind of like the netherlands, but the netherlands is more aesthetic overall especially the women.

I have no idea what you're talking about, I'm Hawaiian. I've been to England, but not for some time. Not sure why you typed all of that out. This guy was right:
Counterpoint: all foods are European foods since we conquered the planet, brought the best foodstuffs from all continents, and then improved their quality and taste through selective breeding. Just because something comes from the Americas, like potatoes, corn, peppers, or tomatoes, does not mean the white man can't enjoy them and thrive on them. We are a hardy race that can thrive anywhere on almost anything.
Monke eat fruit in jungle
Monke eat tubers on savannah
Monke eat meat in Europe
Monke eat meat, milk and grains in Europe
Monke strongest on fruit because longest, monke strongest on tubers because good combination of long and recent, monke strongest on meat because good combination of long and recent, or monke strongest on meat, milk and grains because most recent?
The evolutionary argument is just going to confuse you. Even experts don't agree on what our ancestors at what time and place anyway
Milk and dairy
Potatoes and traditional European grains in moderation.
Lots of vegetables and fruits.
Meat and fish.
What I try to do is learn about the cuisine of all European countries but as I live in Southern Europe, I mainly cook local Mediterranean dishes.

>I need to be spoon fed here. >As I was raised by clueless parents.
here where i live we eat mostly whole pig, whole chicken, whole duck, by whole we eat offal including brains, eggs, vegetables from the garden, a shit ton of fruit ( rare are the days i don't have atleast 10 pieces of fruit in a day ).. i only eat sweets and cakes when it's someones birthday and it actually makes the date special, no only sweets and cakes but also epic cheat meals, the best is christmas, i always put on like 2kg over christmas holydays... now you wonder how am i not fat as you fat american fricks, because the vegetable garden doesn't keep itself and the animals don't either... rural europeans still produce most of what they eat, atleast here in Portugal, on a good month my wage is like 60% savings and 40% for utilities and groceries...
If you’re from Central Europe you should get a lot of pork. It’s cheap as frick, kilo of loin sells for 4 euros and it’s been your ancestors' protein of choice for hundreds of years. Also get fish like salmon or trout.
It doesn’t get any easier than throwing pork chops on the pan and fish in the oven.
I recommend using little bit of olive oil on both.
I find pork to have no flavor, and pork chops to be dry and tough, even when cooked medium. One thing I do like is smoking a pork butt and turning it into pulled pork. But that's labor intensive.

pork chops taste like human chest. Ham taste like human thighs. Generally unpleasant either way but I can dig a spicy pepperoni or a sweetened honey glazed/maple ham. Those don't taste like human.
not to derail OP's thread but how might one find out the ideal diets for people from various regions? For example, someone living in Scandinavia? Or what might be the sneedful for someone from India?
The fact that people like scandinavians and mediterraneans have evolved to look very different tells me that they've lived somewhere long enough to adapt to that environment and thus perhaps be better suited to the foods available in that environment. However, I've never really seen this discussed anywhere. Maybe I'm not looking. Does anyone know?
This is the central problem in nutrition science. What works for one group does not work for the other. Then there is the noise of the problems caused by the rest of the standard American diet, compounded by the ethnic differences of the individuals being studied.
To find the ideal diet, look at what they ate historically in that region, what was around. Just google "traditional dishes of ..."
I've also heard it's a problem in athletics. I read something an anon showed us about how people should train to run differently than africans because our tendons are different. Not very different, but the lengths and how they attach are slightly different and it's enough to make a difference. But there's not much to read on it.
I think we all know eating the modern western diet is trash. But like you said a specific healthy diet might not be ideal for everyone. I will be looking in to this since it seems like there's not much to just read, you'd have to do some digging.
europe is vast and diverse, which european man do u mean
The Anglo-Saxon.
The superior man.
not europeans
Both Angles and Saxons come from the continent and the intervening centuries are as nothing, biologically speaking.
It's an island nation, so a lot of fish.
It's also a farming nation, so a lot of oats, eggs, meat and dairy.
The British also have also been processing their food for a long time. So a lot of bread, fermented and pickled foods, cheese, yogurt. Things like fermented oats.

Europe is basically all the same. It's the US that is vast and diverse.
Just eat what they eat - fried fish, lard, some skyr, and gruel.
>Europe is basically all the same.
israelite confirmed
> It's the US that is vast and diverse.
no it isn't, it's all dysgenic mutts

BWD
milk
potatoes
greens
literally all you need
What should I eat based on my ethnic background? I kinda just eat whatever I want and go psycho-mode at the gym if I've overindulged the day prior.
>there is no israeli race
>just several of them in one category
there is no information about israelites that they will not find and distort
I left /misc/ for a reason....

That's from Peru
Parsnips are indigenous Euro-food. Taste better than potatoes as well.

Based Andalusian cuisine
I'm going to engage in Vargtism here and point out that watermelons come from africa and no European man should eat them
Meat, fish, dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, vegetables. Legumes in moderation, no grains, they are peasant feed.
>vegetables
>legumes
No
stop being weird
I find organic whole wheat bread to be delicious and adds to a good workout.
The norwegian diet.
Sandwich of bread with topping and a glass of milk for breakfest, lunch and supper.
Dinner can be fish and potatos.
>I need to be spoon fed here.

it should look like Black person dick over white ass
Btw shouldn't you anglos be in bed? Why are you on IST at midnight? Your country only has one time zone.
Good night blessed Scots. Try not to frick too many sheep you Welsh bros.
>no pork or lard
Why is this kosher?
Kosher is the opposite of goyslop.
pork chops taste like human chest. Ham taste like human thighs. Generally unpleasant either way but I can dig a spicy pepperoni or a sweetened honey glazed/maple ham. Those don't taste like human.
Looking at the foods it recommended its likely Ray peat inspired and pork is high in PUFA
>le fad term
opinion discarded fatty
Grains every meal, season vegetables and fruit and dairy every day, meat, fish and legumes. Lard and olive oil as main fats.
Kiełbasa and pierogi

Just read books on diet from the 1700s or earlier. Spoiler: It's mostly bread, meat and wine/beer from Delhi to London.
European here.
Don't eat HFCS and keep your servings reasonable (use a scale, not cups/teaspoons/other unreliable tools). That's it.
