What sort of routine is this?

I signed up for a $500 a month 'personal training gym' where each day is either routine A, B or C.

Is this legit? What sort of gains am I going to make?
E.g.
Day A
Deadlift 4 sets of 5 reps
Incline bench 4 sets of 8 reps
Lat pull downs 3 sets 8 reps
Lunges 3 sets 8 reps
Core work

Day B
Squats 3 sets 5 reps
DB overhead press 3 x 8
Lunges 3 x 8
Upper back cable row 3 x8
Romanian DB deadlift 3 x8
Core work

Day C
Bench press 3 x 5
Other exercises, you get the idea

The price includes using the gym equipment, and there is a personal trainer you walks around checking your form. Or if your form is ok they'll say something like 'great job' or 'looking strong'. They other thing you get is that the trainer might make conversation after your work out, normally something like 'what are you having for dinner now?'

        What a waste of money
You cam get a commercial gym and a trainer for less Tham half the cost

well the routine itself isn't terrible. probably not optimal, but it's not moronic and you'll get gains on it. you can do the same thing at another gym for $30/mo though

$30 doesn't include 20yr old qt asking me what im having for dinner three times a week

With the same success you can pay some onlyfans thot to do cam to cam. She will check your form, will give you compliments and will ask about random shit like your dinner.

These seem like pretty standard full body workouts. If you're just starting out, these look pretty reasonable--you'll build some muscle if you eat right. But no need to pay $500 for this. You can find free routines online that are just as good.

    You got scammed big time
You can get the exact same results by posting everything you would tell the trainer onto IST or literally just asking any Rando at the gym
You see the skinny dyel with the ear plugs in because he wants to be left alone?
Yeah that guy is probably listening to 10 different fitness trainers and is going to see massive gains in just one year.
You are better off talking to him and becoming his training partner than paying fricking thousands of dollars a year for a trainer who is going to literally waste your time for maximum profits
I see trainers at the gym having fat idiots like you lay on your backs and lift 5lbs all the time
If paying money is your goal go for it
If actually losing weight or building muscle is your goal forget it
    It's worse than a scam
They will literally slow you down for maximum profits, it's their fricking job
    I implore you to reconsider
