taekwando is good if you’ve been doing it since you were a kid. do mma or boxing.

I feel like boxing is too much, it's supercardio.

      Soccer

It’s really easy to find coed recreational soccer leagues. You don’t even need friends you will get placed on a team because it’s how a lot of people socialize and make new friends. And they always try to keep even gender ratios and pretty girls love playing soccer. It’s a great way to meet girls.

I used to play on a coed rec team but I was really bad. Like so bad that 4 of the girls decided to have sex with me in exchange for quitting the team. I’m much better at sex than soccer. Believe me or not, it’s your choice. I’ve already experienced greatness

Tennis, soccer, bjj, anything with women. So not hockey

Soccer is very boring to me and I don't want to play team sports. In this country (south america) people play and learn football since very early and they fricking love it. It's too late for me as I don't care and I never did.

Tennis is cool but I don't have any tennis place nearby.

Taekwondo sparring is going to be just as tiring as boxing

        >I feel like boxing is too much, it's supercardio.
my man, every fricking combat sport is going to feel that way, unless you join a mcdojo (and maybe even then), you are going to be running, throwing kicks/punches, training footwork, jumping around, etc.
if you don't have good cardio (or if you don't know how to pace yourself) you will run out of stamina in the first 15 or 30 seconds, not to mention that getting hit also depletes your energy fast.

Is there anything that will make socialize but won't be extremely tiring?

        >Is there anything that will make socialize but won't be extremely tiring?
if your cardio is shit, then no, everything you do will feel "extremely tiring" at first

Sorry for not being similar to you, I wish we could be identical and enjoy the same things, as it seems that's what you're expecting

        Now you're just getting deffensive

You're assuming a lot of things lol
I'm not fat, I'm just lazy. Not even lazy I would say, I just don't enjoy doing things that get me tired too much.

I did like 4 months of kickboxing and I was simply not enjoying it. People would come out enjoying the pain, to me it was boring being surrounded by smelly sweaty men and all that.

Ever since I was a kid I did not enjoy the effort of team based sports. I don't know what to tell you, if you think I'm fat and lazy because of my preferences, I guess everyone should suffer through stuff they don't like just to... not be lazy? Or something, I dunno.
You could also post one of those gay ass /misc/ pics of roman statues with texts like "SUFFER THE PAIN OF THE BLABLABLABLA". Stop romanticizing physical pain to pretend you're Van Damme. You're just another loser like all of us

        >I did like 4 months of kickboxing and I was simply not enjoying it
then what makes you think that you are going to enjoy shit like tkd or karate?, sure SOME of the hits will hurt less, but you are still going to get hit a lot, and even if you don't, you are just going to do lots and lots of cardio, which as you said, you don't like.

        Also
        >south america

What I hate about posts like these is the superiority complex. You make it sound like OP came begging to his knees for help from Fit, and anything less than sucking your wiener dry for answering is an ungrateful reaction from a moronic hypocrite.
No, people aren't forced to take your advice just because you think it's better, they have reasons why they might not want to do it, and whinnying while name-calling won't change that. You've created a mental image of OP that you hate because you can't fathom someone having preferences and doing things they want over things they don't.
The problem isn't giving other options, but b***hing about OP deciding not to take them.

That's a really weird fricking list. I do iaido and kendo (shodan each, going/"ready" for nidan soon). But both of those are so different from taekwondo and karate, it's not really the same thing.
I've done kendo and iai in a few places in the US/Canada and can say the communities are super fricking chill though. Just don't frick up your reiho.

Now this is the kind of answer I was looking for. I listed those together because they're just close home. Karate and Iaido are even in the same building.

Having a "chill" community sounds great. I don't want to be surrounded by fat anime tryhards, just people trying to learn and all that

        Anonymous

Kendo and Iaido both say "going to the second dojo" as slang for "going to the bar" from my experience. It's a very small community in North America. Like, people in Dallas know people in Toronto for example.
Although if your iai isn't ZNKR / seitei iai based then you might have problems going abroad in NA/EU areas. There's a ton of styles of iai but seitei seems to be basis worldwide. Also don't expect iai to be an actual workout, it's very low efffort / low calorie burn.

Play team sports mate. Nothing like the mateship you get from a team sport to literally cure your anxiety.
Source: did this in late 2016 after not having played a team sport since 2008.
