    only creatine, sometimes I use melatonin just to enhance my sleep routine. I've yet to discover a reason why I should take pills for things I can simply just get through eating food tbh.
    I suppose if someone is addicted to coffee or stim PWOs taking some extra magnesium would make sense but multivitamins and shit like this just feel like complete scams so long as you're not suffering from some kind of health issue causing deficencies

        D3 is colecalciferol, K2 menaquinone-4.
        The sum of it is that D3 in high doses over long term will calcify your organs. K2 keeps that from happening. I can provide more detailed explanation.

      That's why most of the time supplements are moronic. You eat cheese you get both D3 and K2. You eat liver you get copper and zinc.
      Ideally you run your diet on cronometer, fix deficiencies with food, get a blood test and then if you're deficient you might supplement something that you can't get from your diet for whatever reason.

      everything i researched about k2 just lead me to stay away from it tbh
      you only need it if you are giga dosing 50k iu of d3 daily, otherwise it will just draw calcium away from your organs and give you heart palpitations.
      magnesium is way more important because d3 needs it to work and it also reverses calcification on its own.

        You are quite moronic. Can you give a single citation for your claims?
        K2 was tested in high doses for long time and tgere was no side effects.
        The thing is that it doesn't take calcium into bones by itself. It only activates another hormone that does that. Doesn't matter how much k2 you have, you are not increasing the hormone that does the work. But if you lack k2, then that hormone won't be able to do it's work.
        So where did you get that bs?
